Short bio

jazzkollektiv hannover brings together five musicians of the Hannover jazz scene in a homogeneous and many-layered quintet. The programme features pieces by Enrico Pieranunzi and Eric Vloeimans, compositions by Hannover pianist Achim Kück and gems of modern American jazz – at times lyrical and floating, at times grooving and gripping.

Line-up: Claus Löhr (trumpet, flugelhorn), Thomas Zander (saxophones, alto flute), Achim Kück (piano), Sebastian Bauer (double bass), Timo Warnecke (drums)
